Role

The Fullstack Engineer role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to bootstrap and build the technical stack that will power Temelion’s agentic AI-based platform.

The person in this role will partner closely with the co-founders CTO and CPO to build the Temelion technology stack from the ground up, both in terms of frontend and backend.

This role also provides a unique opportunity to implement state-of-the art agentic AI workflows, tool use and integrate the latest developments of foundational AI models.

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with the product owner to find the best technical solutions to ship high-value product features.

• Contribute and strongly influence the technology roadmap (backend, frontend, database, infrastructure)

• Design, implement and test scalable backend APIs and data models

• Deliver exceptional UX maximizing client productivity and ease-of-use

• Integrate external or in-house AI models

• Integrate external tool APIs to maximize agent’s performance

• Ship product increments in rapid, frequent iterations

• Provide technical support to first customers

The successful candidate shall have a passion for solving hard problems, finding impacting solutions in the presence of complex data, workflows and scalability issues.

Working in an agile, innovative and fast-paced environment is a must, as well as the ability to ship rapid product increments.

Skills required

• You have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in backend development Node.js and Typescript, with a focus on simplicity, scalability, availability, and performance.

• You have at least 2+ years of experience working on frontend applications, with React or Next.js.

• Experience with distributed microservices or serverless architectures is a plus.

• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) is a plus.

• Experience with developing and deploying a product or service on AWS or GCP is a plus.
