We are currently seeking a Product Owner Talent Management & Talent Acquisition, reporting directly to Product Manager to join our team based in Paris/Nanterre.

About the mission we offer you:
The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for the vision of the assigned product(s) and fully accountable for harnessing technology to drive company’s effectiveness and efficiency improvement to the concerned P&C processes and bring the best user experience for our internal customers, T.EN employees, managers as well as the P&C community.
For this specific role the PO will be the partner to wider P&C function and in this context drive the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition modules within Oracle HCM and other related products like TextKernel.

Must have:
• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
• Strong ethical and compliance focus considering the type of data being exposed to
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Talent Management and Talent Acquisition related capabilities, processes and workflows
• Strong focus on positive user/employee experience
• Exhibit a high degree of ownership over assigned projects and responsibilities
• Proactive, self-starter with good project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and always strive for continuous improvement.
• Working with large, cross-functional, multi-cultural, multi-time zone and virtual team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to adopt industry-proven best practices, simplification, harmonization and automation.
• Good degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
• Fluency in English
• Good understanding of Scrum/Kanban or other agile methodologies and change management practices
Nice to have:
• Experience with WalkMe, MDM, AD
• Experience with Oracle HCM related modules
• Experience with other kinds of global P&C talent management systems
• Experience with other kinds of global P&C talent acquisition systems
• Experience with local P&C technologies
• Experience with systems like TextKernel or other resume parsing and skills management technology
