About the position:

We are currently looking for a Pressure Vessel Engineer F/H to join our team based in Paris, France.You will be responsible for the technical management of static equipment such as columns, reactors, tanks, separators, heat exchangers, air coolers, cold boxes, storage tanks, filters, silencers, etc...

Reporting to the Equipment Department within the Design Division, you will be responsible in particular for :

  • design and calculation of pressure vessels,
  • analysis of technical specifications,
  • drawing up specifications (requisitions, specifications, guide drawings) for tenders and orders,
  • technical clarifications, evaluations and comparisons of suppliers' offers,
  • follow-up with vendors (technical meetings, comments on drawings, etc.).

You are in constant interaction with other departments (Installation, Process, Heat Exchanges, Materials, Civil, etc.) to manage the project. Bonus: International project travel

 

About you: 

  • Graduate Engineer with Mechanical knowledge, with a first professional experience in vessel equipment in the oil & gas or industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of pressure vessel calculation software is a plus.
  • Organization, negotiation and communication skills will be your key assets for success in this position.
  • You will also be able to adapt and evolve with ease in contact with different people and cultures.
  • You speak fluent English and French, and are mobile enough to travel in France and abroad.
  • Fluency in English and French required.
  • You are mobile for trips in France and abroad.
