Missions offered:

 

Within the Communication Department of Technip Energies France, you will be in charge of the following missions:

 

Event:

 

  • Preparation, coordination and follow-up of a calendar of events,
  • Contribution to the organization of events and seminars in support of the Event Manager: content production, anticipation of logistical and operational needs, collaboration and teamwork with the participating departments,
  • Ensure the smooth running of an event during all stages of its organization,
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze event performance,
  • Non-exhaustive list of face-to-face and remote events: coffee meetings, Children's Day, Technology Day, HR and Mobility Week, and preparations for the big party in September.

 

Internal conferences:

 

  • Deployment of internal conferences (invitations, post on Viva Engage),
  • Mastery of the tool for organizing conferences in hybrid mode (training planned),
  • Ensure the follow-up of KPIs and the performance analysis of conferences,
  • Force of proposal on new themes. 

 

Diverse: 

 

  • Provide support to the event manager if necessary (reminders, logistics, supervision of service providers, formatting of communication materials, etc.),
  • Track and manage our stocks and goodies.

 

 

Profile sought:

 

What we expect from you:

 

  • You have at least a Bac+4/5 in Communication/Marketing and wish to continue in this field.
  • Mastery of the Office pack is imperative. 
  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign and Photoshop) is a real plus. 
  • A good level of English is mandatory.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are responsive, autonomous, rigorous and proactive.
  • With a very strong team spirit and a performance and results orientation, you are structured and organized.

 

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills and knowledge.
