We are currently seeking an International Mobility Specialist reporting directly to the International Mobility Manager to join our team based in Paris Nanterre La Defense, France.

Reporting to the International Mobility Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of inbound assignees (inpatriates): - Handling mobility cost requests from operational teams. - Monitoring immigration files and coordinating the process with external service providers. - Coordinating with HR counterparts on mobility amendments and other secondment documents. - Managing regulatory procedures upon arrival (secondment declarations, social security registration, determining contribution packages). - Preparing and processing payments for allowances in France (Per diem, COLA, relocation bonuses). - Coordinating with administrative support for housing searches and broader relocation services with external providers. - Ensuring coordination with the shared service center for return tickets for leave, expense reports, and other administrative tasks. Managing a portfolio of outbound assignees (expatriates): - Providing pre-departure assistance to expatriates. - Coordinating with various stakeholders (projects, occupational health, HRBP, immigration manager, payroll, tax, etc.). - Establishing and applying conditions for each destination and family status (packages and social coverage) as well as for regional projects. - Coordinating with administrative support responsible for affiliations/terminations (CFE, health insurance, etc.) and relocation services. - Calculating expatriate costs and ensuring the accuracy of provided data. - Conducting pre-departure interviews with expatriates. - Managing the follow-up of expatriates during their assignment abroad and upon their return to France. - Coordinating housing searches in the host country if necessary and arranging payments with relevant internal stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, service providers). - Updating package elements during the mobility period. - Coordinating local taxation with consulting firms if necessary and managing local tax payment requests. - Anticipating mission end dates and coordinating with the host entity for extensions. - Providing return assistance and coordinating with the host entity/site and internal teams. Required skills: - Minimum of a Bac+4 degree in Management, HR, or International Mobility. - Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in International Mobility. - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage priorities, client-oriented approach, and intercultural sensitivity. - Fluent in English.
