We are currently seeking our consolidation sustainability data analyst to join our team, reporting to the consolidation sustainability data manager, to be based in Nanterre/La Defense.

 

The Consolidation Sustainability Data Analyst will work in an office environment and may be required to travel occasionally. The role may require working outside regular business hours to meet deadlines or attend meetings with stakeholders. The role also involves working with sensitive or confidential information.

About the mission we offer you:

 

The Consolidation Sustainability Data Analyst supports the quarterly reporting and consolidation of sustainability data at the Group level, within the requested deadlines. He/she analyses consolidated data reported to ensure accuracy.

He/she understands the European Sustainability Reporting Standards to ensure reported metrics are compliant with the legislation.

He/she sets up the reporting tool to ensure timely and exhaustive reporting of the metrics.

 

He/she supports the data providers and reviewers: 

-             Training of new joiners

-             Permissions and process maintenance

-             Close monitoring of quarterly reporting to achieve data collection and review within the deadlines

 

He/she works in collaboration with various disciplines and Digiteam in a continuous improvement mindset. 

 

He/she works as a Team in close cooperation with his/her manager and the Corporate Sustainability Report Manager to ensure a full coherence between qualitative and quantitative information. 

He/she supports the Data Quality culture inside the organization and maintains documentation (processes, metrics definition, quarterly reports). 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the evolving regulation on non-financial quantitative data reporting

• Collaborate with various departments (including HSE, Sustainability, People&Culture, Legal, Finance…) to collect data and information

• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

• Analyze reported data 

• Support the production of quantitative data included in the sustainability statement 

• Maintain the appropriate documentation to ensure auditability

• Ensure the sustainability reporting process complies with internal control framework

 

About you:

To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

 

• Master’s degree in finance or equivalent (business schools for eg)

• Strong analytical skills

• Rigorous with a strong attention to detail

• Comfortable with complex ecosystem, moving environment and multi-stakeholders’ management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English and French level is required

A first experience in reporting or auditing would be an advantage.
