About the mission we offer you:

You will join the Indirect Procurement department as an apprentice buyer and will be involved a large variety of tasks.

Your future challenges:
1. Management of Purchasing Activities:
•    Participate in the entire procurement process, from the ITB (Invitation to Bid) to the placement and monitoring of orders.
•    Analyze received bids, conduct commercial bid tabulation, and prepare procurement recommendations
•     Ensure the administrative follow-up of orders, from requisition and payment in the ERP system and provide associated reporting
 

2. Supplier management support:
•    Update the supplier database in the ERP tools and the master supplier list
•    Sourcing/participation in supplier market watch
•    Participate in negotiations and follow up with suppliers if necessary
•    Ensure compliance with deadlines and contractual terms

3. Synergy between fixed-price engineering study and technical assistance orders:
•    Identify opportunities for pooling or optimizing between fixed-price engineering study and technical assistance orders in coordination with the leads of both activities

Duration: 12 to 24 months

• You are fluent in English.
• You have good communication skills.
