Responsibilities / Scope of work: Reporting to the head of the P&ID Design and Management Department, you ensure the implementation, technical support, and maintenance of P&ID production tools such as SmartPlant P&ID and/or Aveva Diagrams. Your coordination activities ultimately cover all services necessary for the optimal use of P&ID data by process and engineering departments, Technip Energies centers, or partners within our projects. You are responsible for the quality and integrity of the P&ID databases. After an onboarding/training period within the department, you will be responsible for: - Installing, configuring, and setting up databases in collaboration with the information manager of the project(s). - Ensuring, with other tool administrators involved in the project, an efficient transfer of information to and from these tools. - Supporting and advising users. - Coordinating with IT operations for the architecture supporting these tools. - Supervising systems, analyzing their performance, and following up on incidents with software vendors. - Evaluating and implementing new versions in conjunction with related tools. - Establishing procedures for use in project assignments. - Developing and implementing new applications for engineering studies. Start date: As soon as possible Your profile: Holding a minimum Bac +2 diploma (in Chemical Engineering or equivalent), with successful initial experience in an engineering office and a strong interest in IT and project data organization. You are capable of managing design tasks using SmartPlant P&ID and Aveva Diagrams, and have good knowledge of databases and associated languages, ideally including other tools such as SmartPlant Foundation and Aveva Engineering. Since your role involves adapting tools to meet the expectations of disciplines, projects, Technip Energies centers, and partners, you must demonstrate enthusiasm, responsiveness, diplomacy, rigor, and fluency in English.
