Reporting to the Sales Merchandising Manager, your main task will be to assist our e-commerce manager in his daily tasks, and take the lead on some missions.
You will also have the opportunity to work with our webmarketing agency, with the different internal departments (Marketing, Talent Management, Sponsoring), and with the other members of the division on more specific projects such as providing product team members, assisting with the release of new products, etc.
These missions require good project management and a sense of teamwork!
Your mainly missions will include:
Optimisation of the content and animation of the eshop
Creation and uploading of product sheets (e-merchandising, cross-selling, commercial animation…) via our Shopify CMS
Management of digital projects, online catalog, online stock
Creation of creative briefs for digital marketing campaigns
Implementation of SEO processes and optimization of natural referencing (writing articles and engaging content, improving the title tag and meta-description, improving the tree structure of the site through tags and product categories)
Assistance with the implementation of new e-commerce levers and promotional plans (upsell, cross sell, commercial activation…)
After-sales strategy:
Response to customers whatever the communication channel they use: email/phone/whatsapp/social networks/other
Implementation of scoring tools to measure customer satisfaction and improve overall user experience.
Build and drive reports to measure customer satisfaction and use them to continuously improve the experiences we offer.
Disseminating the voice of the customer internally through customer feedback and continuously improving our experiences.
Observing our channels (websites, shops, partners…) and being proactive on how we can do better.
B2B :
Canvassing new partners in the sector
Sending offer files to B2B partners
Operationnal and logistic gestion :
Customization and application of personalized flocking (jerseys, t-shirts, etc.) based on customer requests or team needs
Order preparation and shipping
Monitoring and management of physical inventory
Receiving deliveries, organizing and maintaining stockroom order
Supporting logistics during product launches or events
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a specialised MBA (e.g., e-commerce, merchandising). Previous experience in e-commerce would be a real plus!
