Your mission will be to
· develop a customer portfolio to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
· Build & maintain senior-level client relationships within Aerospace & Defense industry
· Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities
· Lead commercial aspects of large-scale pre-sales engagements
· Develop tailored value propositions aligned with client needs
· Drive account penetration strategies & open new verticals
· Monitor commercial performance and ensure revenue growth targets are met
Candidate profile
· 10-15 years of business development experience in an IT services company (ESN)
· Proven track record in Aerospace & Defense sector
· Strong understanding of complex, long-cycle sales process
· Experience managing deals >50M
· Excellent negotiation, communication and client facing skills
· Appreciated experience in the sale of offshore solutions/ services
· Fluent English and French
