Role :

Production Engineer

Location: Montreuil – CIB ALMT

Join our Application Production (AP) team within ALMT, supporting critical banking applications across EMEA. You’ll combine technical expertise and project management skills to ensure stability, drive upgrades, and deliver innovative solutions in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities :

Project Management

• Lead major application upgrades and infrastructure projects

• Build roadmaps, monitor milestones, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams

• Ensure quality deliverables and service level commitments

Technical Integration

• Install, configure, and integrate new systems

• Deploy servers and migrate applications

• Conduct technical tests and validate operational files

Operational Excellence

• Define and optimize production procedures

• Implement automation and security standards

• Maintain systems in operational condition and ensure compliance

Support & Analysis

• Provide L2/L3 technical support

• Diagnose and resolve incidents under time constraints

• Monitor performance and security, propose improvements

Tech Stack : AIX, Linux (RHEL), WebSphere MQ, Tomcat, Apache, Autosys, Oracle, Shell/PERL scripting, Sybase, Dynatrace, Kibana, ELK, Jenkins, Ansible, Kondor+, ETL/DataStage, and more.

Bonus : DevOps mindset, ITIL methodology, database expertise, encryption tools (PGP, TLS).

What We’re Looking For :

• Education: Engineer or Master’s degree in IT

• Experience: 5+ years in IT environments

• Skills:Strong technical background across multiple platforms

• Autonomous, adaptable, proactive

• Excellent communication and reporting

• Languages: Fluent English

• Availability: 24/7 on-call support, occasional weekend work
