As a Customer Care Specialist, you are essential in delivering an exceptional experience to our restaurant partners.
You are their first point of contact — supporting, training, troubleshooting, reassuring, and helping them get the most out of their Kiosk solution.
Your work contributes directly to:
customer satisfaction and retention,
reducing churn,
ensuring strong Kiosk adoption,
improving operational efficiency for restaurants,
providing valuable insights to improve our product.
🎯 What You Will Do
1. Customer Support & Restaurant Assistance (Kiosk)
Handle incoming requests (phone, email and chat): technical incidents, menu updates, configuration questions, administrative requests, etc.
Diagnose and independently resolve most Kiosk-related issues.
Train restaurants on the back-office, management tools, and Kiosk interfaces.
Monitor usage and help restaurants optimize their experience
2. Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Escalate technical issues and product feedback to the Product & Tech teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Ops teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
Contribute to internal processes: documentation, tools, workflows, and best practices.
🎒 What You Bring
2–3 years of experience in customer support by phone, helpdesk, or customer care roles.
Comfortable working with tech products / SaaS solutions / Network skills / Hardware knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer focus, empathy, and ability to handle challenging interactions calmly.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong autonomy and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in both French and English; any additional language (Spanish, German, Italian, Flemish, etc.) is a plus.
Experience in the restaurant industry is an added advantage.
