⭐ Your Impact

As a Customer Care Specialist, you are essential in delivering an exceptional experience to our restaurant partners.

You are their first point of contact — supporting, training, troubleshooting, reassuring, and helping them get the most out of their Kiosk solution.

Your work contributes directly to:

  • customer satisfaction and retention,

  • reducing churn,

  • ensuring strong Kiosk adoption,

  • improving operational efficiency for restaurants,

  • providing valuable insights to improve our product.

🎯 What You Will Do

1. Customer Support & Restaurant Assistance (Kiosk)

  • Handle incoming requests (phone, email and chat): technical incidents, menu updates, configuration questions, administrative requests, etc.

  • Diagnose and independently resolve most Kiosk-related issues.

  • Train restaurants on the back-office, management tools, and Kiosk interfaces.

  • Monitor usage and help restaurants optimize their experience

2. Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Escalate technical issues and product feedback to the Product & Tech teams.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Ops teams to ensure smooth project coordination.

  • Contribute to internal processes: documentation, tools, workflows, and best practices.


Profil recherché

🎒 What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support by phone, helpdesk, or customer care roles.

  • Comfortable working with tech products / SaaS solutions / Network skills / Hardware knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong customer focus, empathy, and ability to handle challenging interactions calmly.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

  • Strong autonomy and problem-solving abilities.

  • Fluency in both French and English; any additional language (Spanish, German, Italian, Flemish, etc.) is a plus.

  • Experience in the restaurant industry is an added advantage.
