You will sit within the Revenue Operations team, acting as the "Product Owner" for our internal revenue systems. This role is essential for ensuring our commercial engine is not just maintained, but actively developed through structured sprints, clear requirements, and user-centric design.
Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.
You will be the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, applying Product Management and AI innovation to RevOps.
Your core mission is to drive the strategic evolution of our commercial infrastructure. Acting as the Product Owner for Revenue, you will define a roadmap that aligns system capabilities with Sweep’s long-term growth objectives. You will empower our Sales, Finance, and CS teams with a scalable, high-performance platform that turns operational efficiency into a competitive advantage.
To be more specific, this includes:
1. Agile Project Management & Sprint Planning 🚀
Run RevOps like a Product Team: Break down strategic projects into executable user stories and tasks suitable for 2-week sprints.
Sprint Leadership: Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Define scope, estimate effort, and sequence work based on business value.
Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritized backlog of improvements and fixes, managing stakeholder expectations on delivery timelines.
Delivery & Coordination: Track project milestones, communicate progress, and coordinate with external partners (e.g., Salesforce consultants) to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Process Design & Documentation 📝
System Architecture: Design and document scalable revenue processes (lead-to-cash, invoicing, renewals, compensation) that serve as the "blueprint" for our growth.
Knowledge Management: Create and maintain the RevOps "Product Documentation" (process maps, workflows, SOPs) in Notion, ensuring it is the single source of truth.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and inefficiencies proactively; treat them as "bugs" or "features" to be addressed in future sprints.
3. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering 🔍
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, CS) and the technical configuration team.
Requirements Engineering: Gather complex business needs and translate them into clear, technical user stories and specifications for SFDC Admins.
Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure "features" work as intended before release.
Feedback Loops: Coordinate feedback from internal users to iterate on processes and tools.
4. AI Strategy & GTM Efficiency 🤖
Internal Efficiency: Leverage AI tools to automate administrative friction within the RevOps function (e.g., data cleaning, formula generation, documentation assistance), ensuring the Ops team runs leaner and faster.
GTM Enablement: Act as a champion for AI adoption across Sales and CS. You will help identify and implement AI features that support the GTM journey (e.g., call summarization, email drafting, account research).
Tool Optimization: Evaluate our tech stack to ensure we are maximizing the native AI capabilities of our existing tools (Salesforce, Sales Engagement platforms) to reduce manual work for reps.
At Sweep, artificial intelligence is part of how we work, learn, and build. Every team member uses AI tools daily to speed up operations, improve decision making, and unlock creativity. We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one, but we do expect curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and the desire to use AI as a true partner in your work.
Whether it's analyzing information, drafting content, improving workflows, designing better employee experiences, or supporting distributed teams, you’ll use AI to work faster and smarter. We provide guidance, tools, and best practices so you can get the most out of it.
We’re looking for candidates who already have hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional setting. You should be comfortable using AI to support your daily work, enhance productivity, and create new solutions. If you naturally reach for AI to amplify what you do, you’ll feel right at home here.
Glad you asked. This is who we’re looking for:
Qualifications 🏆
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Product Management, or Business Systems Analysis in a B2B SaaS environment.
Agile Expertise: Deeply familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies. You have experience running sprints, managing backlogs, and acting as a Product Owner for internal tools.
AI Literacy: You are comfortable using Generative AI to accelerate your own workflows and have a vision for how it can elevate the performance of GTM teams.
Process Architecture: You have a proven track record of mapping complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. You don't need to be a developer, but you must understand the architecture well enough to write detailed specs.
Communication: You are a skilled translator who speaks "Business" (Sales/Finance needs), "Tech" (Admin/Dev constraints), and "Product" (Roadmaps/Sprints).
Documentation: Proficiency in Notion is highly preferred.
Qualities 🧠
Product Mindset: You focus on the "User Experience" of our internal teams. You want the sales process to feel seamless.
Tech-Forward: You are naturally curious about emerging tech and constantly looking for ways to use AI to work smarter, not harder.
Structured & Disciplined: You bring order to chaos through rigorous planning and documentation.
Hands-on Problem Solver: You are self-motivated and ready to dig into the details to unblock the team.
Empathetic Team Player: Great at building lasting relationships across different departments.
Remote-Ready: Attuned to remote collaboration and meticulous about documenting work.
You will be joining an exciting young business that has the humble ambition to change the world. With a proven track record in starting companies, we’re planning to hit the ground running and have an impact fast. Joining this journey right at the beginning allows you to really help shape our path.
Our hybrid work model, with hiring focussed around our head offices in Paris, London and Montpellier, allows us to balance our personal and professional lives while staying connected and engaged with colleagues and clients.
We’re big believers in creating successful businesses that are good for everyone, including society and the planet. That’s why we have a B Corporation status.
We think this will be the ride of our lives. And maybe yours, too.
