Responsibilities:

• ·        coordination of branch works (infrastructure, sanitary) - ongoing coordination of meetings and discussions with the implementation team, the Works Contractor and the Principal,

• ·        independent preparation of project documentation (complete construction designs to the extent necessary to obtain a building permit or notification, execution documentation, technical specifications),

• ·        project organization in terms of the timeliness of the submission of documents, ongoing monitoring of correspondence, control of the project schedule,

• ·        selection of optimum design solutions and their analysis in terms of functionality and economy,

• ·        preparation of reports on the activities of the technical staff,

• ·        carrying out tasks in accordance with health and safety standards, legislation and regulations, and client requirements to ensure the safety of all parties involved during and after the project

• minimum 3 years' professional experience in designing sanitary networks
• a working knowledge of construction law and related documents relating to the execution of construction work
• knowledge of Ms Office and proficiency in industry-specific software, including AutoCAD
• category B driving licence
• ability to solve technical problems independently, select optimum design solutions, make
• calculations and draw up design documentation

• excellent time management and punctuality, ability to work under time pressure, high motivation, communication and teamwork skills
