Professional Title: Civil Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Biologist, Mechanical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or a related field.

General Experience: Minimum of 10 years.

Specific Experience: At least 10 years as a person in charge of the operation or maintenance of water treatment plants (wastewater or potable) with an average flow greater than 1.0 m³/s. The experience must be certified by the agency or entity (public or private) that owns the plant that has been operated.
