Role overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations professional to act as the right hand of the VP Sales and play a central role in structuring, executing, and scaling our sales operations.

Positioned at the core of the commercial organization, this role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. The mission is to enable sales performance, ensure data reliability, and build efficient, scalable sales processes that support sustainable growth in an international, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Direct support to the VP Sales

  • Act as a trusted operational and analytical partner to the VP Sales

  • Prepare pipeline reviews, forecasts, and performance dashboards

  • Support strategic sales initiatives and contribute to operational decision-making

Sales team enablement

  • Support sales representatives in their day-to-day operational activities

  • Ensure opportunities are properly structured, followed up, and tracked

  • Reduce operational friction to allow sales teams to focus on closing deals

CRM & sales data management

  • Own and ensure the quality of CRM data (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities)

  • Define, implement, and enforce CRM best practices

  • Produce reliable reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycles, and KPIs

Process definition & documentation

  • Document, standardize, and continuously improve sales processes from lead to deal closure

  • Create and maintain sales documentation, including playbooks, templates, and procedures

  • Contribute to sales onboarding and ongoing enablement initiatives

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing on lead management and campaign follow-up

  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Finance on contracts, renewals, and billing topics

  • Proactively recommend tools, workflows, and operational improvements


Profil recherché

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role

  • Strong experience in a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred

  • Experience in cybersecurity, software, or IT environments is a strong plus

Skills

  • Strong command of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and structuring skills

  • Strong ability to work with data, processes, and performance metrics

  • Comfortable operating in an international and fast-paced environment

Languages

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken

Soft skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
