We’re looking for our next intern to join our talented team as right-hand to the co-founder & CTO.

What does it mean to be the right-hand CTO at Startup Flow?

Being a CTO means being at the heart of the management of a tech team and at the heart of the company. This year in particular, we have a lot of strategic topics closely related to the technical team: European expansion, ISO27001 certification (information security standard), growth of the technical team etc.
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be a contributor or lead on many of those topics and organizational projects related to the tech team.

For example, you will have to work closely with the CTO to answer security audits from prospects, you will have to collaborate with the sales & marketing team to create marketing documentation about our architecture, with the product team to improve the product/tech organization, with the data & tech team to create relevant metrics for management etc.

Missions (non-exhaustive list)

  • Security: Help create and maintain security documentation (incl. audits from customers, documentation along the ISO27001 Process etc.)
  • Pre-Sales: Help with the creation of technical documentation for sales (incl. architecture, API etc.)
  • Tech / Product organisation: assist with the planning, the synchronization of the topics, preparation of the initiatives led by the technical team
  • Tech: help with the technical monitoring & reporting etc.
  • Tech Management topics: participation in the construction of progression paths, assist with the creation of the tech employer brand

Profil recherché

Experience we are looking for:

  • You are in an engineering or business school (or equivalent)
  • You are very organized, pro-active and autonomous
  • You are fluent in english & french
  • Good understand of technical topics (like APIs, web architecture etc.)
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • You know how to dive into the operational side of things
  • You are not afraid to be in front of a customer
