JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in Square Management’s growth. You will join a team of Business Managers with whom you will share your challenges, successes and best practices in a dynamic environment of collective progress.

Square Management is built on a strong entrepreneurial culture that allows you to evolve quickly thanks to a variety of responsibilities: business development, recruitment and consultant management.

As a Business Manager, your objective is to develop your own management unit. Your tasks will focus on three main areas:

  • Business development: targeted telephone prospecting, making appointments, discussions with managers and operational directors of large groups, responding to calls for tenders, presentations, negotiation and monitoring of assignments.
  • Recruitment: managing the recruitment process from A to Z for consultants from selective training programmes, from sourcing to closing.
  • Management: supporting your consultants throughout their career: onboarding, monitoring, skills development and collaboration on business development.

Once you have achieved your objectives, you will be promoted to Manager and will in turn train Junior Managers.


Profil recherché

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree.
  • Interest in learning about different sectors, its products and market trends without necessarily being an expert.
  • Dutch or French mother tongue with at least a good passive knowledge of the other language + professional English
  • Client-oriented attitude and strong communication skills towards business management
  • Entrepreneur: your base is Brussels but you can work on opportunities in other countries & be creative in getting into new markets, clients, and partnerships
  • Dynamic, diplomatic, convincing and forward-thinking mind
  • Strong analysis and creativity skills.
  • An initial experience or a great interest in business development or sales is a plus.
  • A previous experience as business manager in a consulting firm is a strong plus.
