Customer Success is the heartbeat of Spendesk's growth, ensuring businesses maximize value from our financial platform while building lasting relationships. As a Customer Success Intern, you will support the strategic initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Your mission is to enhance the customer journey through operational excellence, content creation, and proactive engagement while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role offers exposure to the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding optimization to adoption initiatives. You will work at the intersection of Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams, developing both analytical and creative skills. You will contribute to our commercial growth by supporting initiatives that increase customer engagement, reduce churn, and improve overall customer experience. You will report to the Customer Success Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Support, Operations, and Product to ensure seamless customer experiences and scalable success processes.
