Role Overview
As the Director of Revenue Management, reporting to the CCO, you will drive and optimize revenue growth across all product lines and geographies. Acting as a strategic bridge between sales, marketing, product units, and customer success teams, you will ensure consistent execution of SBS’s commercial strategy. This role is central to accelerating SaaS adoption and ARR expansion while protecting and growing traditional on-premise and maintenance revenues in the banking and fintech ecosystem. It can be based in a Paris, London or Brussels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across geographies and product lines (on-premise, maintenance, and SaaS). Align annual revenue plans with company growth objectives.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product GMs to deliver a cohesive revenue strategy. Ensure systems, processes, and analytics are optimized for scalable growth.

Industry Expertise: Experience in B2B SaaS, banking technology, or fintech is a strong plus.
Communication & Influence: Excellent ability to engage, align, and motivate stakeholders from operational teams to executive leadership.
Full proficiency in English, ideally in French as well.
