Descriptif du poste

As we’re growing internationally and we’re launching new products, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to look after Sonio’s brand and marketing. Main missions will be:

Generating qualified leads for the sales team:

  • Online: Generate traffic and optimise conversion on our website; Lead and execute our emailing and social media strategy; test and iterate paid ads.
  • Offline: We participate in several congress and events. You’ll be a project manager coordinating all teams (clinical, sales, business development etc.) and ensure we’re getting as much value as possible from them.

Create and develop Sonio’s brand:

  • Content creation: You’ll create branded corporate and product contents.
  • Sales enablement: Help the sales team be more efficient by providing them with sales decks, one pager etc.

You’ll be the first permanent hire in the marketing team so the role is very operational to start with. You’ll use contractors and you will be able to hire an intern if needed. At the end of next year, you will be able to build your team and move to a more management role.


Profil recherché

Sonio is a mission-driven company (“enterprise à mission”) so the prime requirement for any role at Sonio is a true interest in our mission: Improving women and children’s health by enhancing the access and quality of care, through technological innovation, medical expertise and collective intelligence. Other requirements are:

  • You are very dynamic and proactive; you will be driving all marketing initiatives by yourself (in coordination with the rest of the team of course!) and you need to be comfortable with it.
  • You are very analytical and are able to back your decision with data. As an early-stage start-up, we really value the test and learn approach.
  • You have experience with digital marketing and lead generation; experience using Hubspot would be a plus.
  • You are able to articulate and create a brand vision. You don’t necessarily need design skills but you at least need to be able to work with designers and produce content that fits with our image.
  • You have an eye for details as you’ll be creating most of our public content
  • You enjoy working with lots of different people; you’ll work with all teams (medical, sales, regulatory affairs etc.) and produce content for different targets.
  • You are fully fluent in English as we are selling our products all over the world.
  • You value teamwork and you are team oriented. Team happiness and wellbeing is a priority in the way we’re building the team and we also want to be innovative here! This will be super important as you’ll be leading and building teams.

It is possible that the process move but overall we are moving fast once you start the process and we are transparent on your avancement and the next steps.
