To support and consolidate our position as an innovative player in the energy transition, we are strengthening our Lyon agency dedicated to the sale of energy conversion products (inverters, static transfer systems).

 

Under the management of the regional sales manager, you will be responsible for the group's expertise and image in your geographical area and will actively promote the technical and commercial solutions offered by the inverter range to "electrical installers, design offices, and end users," with a particular focus on electrical installers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify networks of decision-makers to promote/recommend our UPS solutions to electrical installers, design offices, and end users.
  • Manage your business portfolio: project identification, costing, follow-up, negotiation, and file tracking.
  • Boost the partner ecosystem in the geographical area to optimize the conversion rate of your offers.
  • Develop sales in the Auvergne/Rhône-Alpes region.

 

We will train and support you so that you can develop your talents within our Group and, if not immediately, eventually take on managerial responsibility for the business by supporting the three employees to ensure the agency's performance objectives are met.

 

Qualifications

  • Engineering or business school degree.
  • At least 8 years' experience in a business model and/or sales of technical products in a highly competitive environment.
  • Fluency in English and French (minimum B2 level).
  • Driver's license.

 

Additional skills that could make you even more unique:

  • Sales experience with electrical installers.
  • Experience in technical sales team management.
