Under the management of the Factory Methods Manager, you will support industrial performance by overseeing the deployment of robotic and automated solutions at the production site. You will be the technical expert for automated processes and resources, contributing to the internal development of skills in this area.

Responsibilities

• Industrialize robotic and automated solutions (COBOT, AMR, vision, industrial automation, etc.) for the site, from needs analysis to solution acceptance and target performance achievement.
• Support site transformation projects by ensuring the necessary modifications to robotic and automated resources and processes (mapping, programming, software management, etc.).
• Produce technical documentation and train production and maintenance staff in the use of robotic and automated equipment.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance methods for robotic and automated processes by supporting the maintenance department in cases of complex troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in automation, robotics, mechatronics, or equivalent. 
• Minimum 5 years' experience in automation/robotics, excluding work-study programs and internships.
• Solid skills in robot/automation programming, vision, risk analysis, and machine safety.
• Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level) due to the international nature of the position.

• Proficiency in professional tools (TestStand, LabVIEW, Siemens/Schneider PLCs). 
• Experience in Industry 5.0-oriented projects.
• Advanced knowledge of machine audits and compliance.
