Within the Marketing Communication Programs department, you will contribute to defining and implementing communication strategies related to the Socomec Group’s offerings. The department works closely with marketing, business lines, and regions (Europe, the Americas, Asia).


Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communication, you will lead communication programs to support business performance across all markets.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing and business challenges to guide communication initiatives.
  • Define communication strategies aligned with targets, markets, and geographic regions.
  • Manage end-to-end 360° communication programs, from strategic definition to operational implementation (creation of promotional content, events, digital campaigns, press relations, etc.). 
  • Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (web, data, social media, events, graphic design studio, corporate communications, local MarCom representatives, agencies, etc.) through cross-functional management. 
  • Monitor the rollout of major communication programs, ensuring their consistency and market adoption. 
  • Measure and analyze the performance of initiatives carried out for the group’s priority programs (visibility, engagement, lead generation, etc.), identify areas for optimization, and drive continuous improvement of the programs. 

Qualifications

Must-haves

  • Master’s degree (5 years of higher education) in marketing and/or communications.
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing or communications project management.
  • Solid expertise in defining communication strategies and managing complex projects.
  • Professional English (B2/C1).

Additional qualifications that could make you stand out even more:

  • Experience in a B2B industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of the challenges associated with AI applied to communication.
  • International marketing background.
