Within the IT department, the Collaborative Tools team manages and develops the Group's collaborative platforms in an international environment.


Under the management of the Digital Workplace Manager, you will structure, develop, harmonize, and maintain collaborative applications to support business performance and usage. You will work closely with numerous departments and subsidiaries internationally.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team with a variety of profiles.
  • Centralize and manage all collaborative applications (SharePoint, Jalios, Opentext Content Server, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Define, promote, and deploy the roadmap and master plan for collaborative applications in the medium and long term.
  • Oversee projects for the deployment, development, and harmonization of tools in France and internationally.
  • Support, advise, and challenge business units in the use, structuring, and optimization of platforms.
  • Anticipate technological developments, particularly those related to the integration of AI into collaborative applications.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Must have

  • Master's degree or engineering degree, with at least 5 years' experience in managing collaborative applications.
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, OneDrive, JSP development, etc.).
  • Proven experience in team management and cross-functional project management.
  • Professional English B2/C1.

Additional skills that could make you even more unique:

  • Knowledge of the Jalios and Opentext Content Server collaborative platforms.
  • Awareness of AI issues applied to collaborative applications.
  • Experience in a structured international environment.
