Under the management of the Group Performance Director, you will help structure, improve the reliability of, and analyze key Group data in order to inform strategic decisions. You will work in a cross-functional environment, in close collaboration with the strategy, finance, marketing, project, and sales team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the monitoring of strategic Group projects: structure KPIs, assess business impacts, integrate assumptions into profitability models, and monitor their evolution.
• Produce and maintain dynamic dashboards (KPIs, strategic dashboards) for projects. 
• Be the digital tools expert within the team.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform decisions and prioritization.
• Orchestrate the collection, consistency, and consolidation of data for the three-year plan, in conjunction with finance, marketing, business lines, and regional sales managers.
• Consolidate and analyze revenue/margin data from regional plans, business lines, and business plans to challenge assumptions, detect discrepancies, and guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (finance, economics, data, business school). 
• Five years of experience in data analysis, controlling, or digital projects.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools, agility with large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level) given the international dimension of the group.

• Experience in multi-source consolidation or matrix environments.
