Responsibilities:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on installations: electricity, lighting, heating, air conditioning, sanitary facilities, access control, etc.
• Manage regulatory checks (scheduling, monitoring, action plans) to ensure compliance and safety.
• Control and monitor equipment via our building management system (BMS).
• Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of videoconferencing, telephone, and video equipment.
• Update technical plans for sites (electricity, HVAC, etc.) and integrate data into our CMMS tool.
• Actively participate in construction, renovation, and energy performance projects.

Daytime hours. 

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of higher education in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, including work-study programs.
• Proficiency in electrical installations, with solid knowledge of heating and/or air conditioning.
• Proficiency in CMMS and BMS tools.
• Driver's license.
