Under the management of the IKA cluster manager, you will help design and adapt optimal technical and economic offerings, ensuring performance, compliance, and profitability of Power switching and monitoring products for Hyperscale data centre accounts and associated tier one and tier 2 OEM’s and Integrators

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to sales teams on the PSM portfolio and hyperscale data center projects.
• Analyze and interpret customer technical specifications (CCTP) in order to propose relevant and distinctive Socomec solutions.
• Transform complex technical requirements into appropriate technical and economic proposals, whether standard or off-catalog.
• Coordinate exchanges with the engineering, business line, laboratory, supply chain, and pricing teams to ensure feasibility, deadlines, and costs.
• Contribute to the definition and development of new offers or product developments in conjunction with internal teams.
• Ensure continuous technology monitoring of data center architectures and market standards.

Qualifications

Must have

• Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or equivalent.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in technical support, engineering, or a similar technical environment.
• Technical expertise in electrical switching and measurement products and reading complex technical specifications.
• Fluent French (international environment).
