Reporting to the Group Industrial Director, you will drive performance and transformation at the Benfeld site, a cornerstone of Socomec's 2026–2028 Global Supply Chain transformation program. You will inspire and engage your teams to achieve ambitious goals and consolidate a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities : 

• Steer the site's strategic roadmap in line with the Group's objectives. 
• Reconfigure flows, infrastructure, and processes to optimize industrial performance. 
• Ensure the transition to Industry 5.0 and deploy continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Guarantee operational excellence in production, supply chain, and quality, while complying with ISO standards. 
• Manage and develop an organization of 320 employees in a peaceful social climate. 
• Contribute to industrial governance and collaborate with cross-functional departments (R&D, Digital, Sales).

Qualifications :

• Engineering degree or equivalent. 
• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in industrial management in an international environment.
• Expertise in industrial transformation and automation.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) given the international dimension of our group.

Additional qualities that could make you even more unique:

• Solid experience in P&L management, budget control, and performance indicator monitoring.
• Experience in Lean and digitalization projects.
