Responsibilities
Ayvens is a global sustainable mobility Group formed by the integration of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan.
It offers full-service leasing, flexible subscription, fleet management, and multi-mobility solutions across 40+ countries. Ayvens Group as a whole manages a fleet of ~3.4 million vehicles, including a large electric vehicle portfolio, is listed and backed by Société Générale (53%).
In Luxembourg, Ayvens (formerly ALD Luxembourg) supports about 20,000 vehicles in its portfolio.
As part of the Group Treasury Centre, the Luxembourg hub plays a key role in the management of the liquidity of the group centralising the different liquidity resources which are then deployed to fund the operating entities that invest in vehicles, which implies the management of different ALM and operational treasury issues. Following LeasePlan integration, Ayvens Treasury is now pursuing the upgrade of its tools. In this context, the team needs additional resources to support the project implementation while ensuring continuity and quality in the service provided to our entities.

As part of the Ayvens Group Treasury Centre in Luxembourg (managing ~€45bn balance sheet and ~€10bn off-balance exposures), the VIE Treasury Officer will support the team in the following areas:
1. Treasury day-to-day operations & Liquidity Management
- Support daily cash management, reconciliation, and liquidity forecasting across Group entities.
- Assist in providing funding to affiliates (loans, deposits) and monitoring funding limits.
- Contribute to cash pooling and bank statement integration.
2. Funding & Capital Markets
- Support the execution and monitoring of Group financing through bonds, ABS programs, and intercompany lending.
- Assist in funding grid communication to funded entities.
- Participate in the implementation of securitisations and their management in Treasury systems
- Contribute to the collateralisation of specific liabilities
- Contribute to the production of bond program documents (e.g. Portugal, Greece).
3. Risk Management & Compliance
- Contribute to monitoring structural risks (Asset & Liability Management) at Group level.
- Participate in hedge accounting effectiveness tests and reporting for interest rate and FX derivatives (vanilla swaps, cross-currency swaps, FX spot).
- Support regulatory compliance tasks (KYC renewals, EMIR reporting, Volcker controls).
4. Systems & Reporting
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting (cash-flows, P&L, funding consumption, derivative positions).
- Participate in ad-hoc projects such as system roll-outs and process automations.
5. Support & Ad-hoc Tasks
- Act as back-up for other team members in core operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal controls and workflows.

- Strong theoretical knowledge of corporate finance, treasury, financial markets.
- Analytical, structured, detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA; familiarity with TMS / ERP systems is a plus.
- English: fluent (written & oral); French.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, work in multicultural international environment.
- Team player; proactive attitude.
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in
Ayvens Luxembourg is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last
18 months.
