SiPearl is looking for one Data Analyst Business Intelligence. Reporting to the Chief Operation Officer, you will closely work with the project management office and the Quality Management on consolidating data to allow data centric decision making and dashboarding. This will include project execution, project timesheets, financial tracking, and resource planning.

As the data culture will grow throughout the organization, your role will extend to many other tasks for variety of stakeholders such as the HR, finance, R&D, marketing departments.

You will own these missions :

·       Acquire data from several sources and maintain coherent databases

·       Design, create processes and data flows from SQL

·       Use Business intelligence tools to extract, clean and process information

·       Implement measures to perform data cleansing and validation in order to ensure quality

·       Develop data analysis and KPI toward internal customers’ needs

·       Produce meaningful reports and dashboards available and queryable by

·       Propose solutions based on ML or AI to accelerate

·       Enable reporting in the other departments like PMO, Financial, Quality through tools like Excel or Qlikview

·       Interpret data to provide actionable insights

·       Document data management process and architecture

·       Promote data culture and instill data practices and data-based decisions in all parts of the organization.

·       You have a high energy to push new processes and new technologies

·       You can process and analyze large amount of data while paying attention to detail and accuracy

·       You are proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI and most commonly used programming languages

·       You can build data visualizations

·       You have excellent communication skills and can communicate with a wide range of stakeholders

·       You are proficient in English, both written and spoken

·       You are creative, with a problem-solver mindset and an ability to build prototype solutions

·       You act with stewardship and team spirit

·       You have a proven experience of working in similar position

Candidates with a background in ERP, project management tools or methodology are preferred.
