Role summary
We need a hands-on Field Marketer who supports the Fisheries and Offshore commercial teams with consistent, high-quality marketing execution. This role works directly with BDMs in each assigned market or region and runs localised campaigns that drive pipeline creation and deal progression. The Field Marketer also manages nurturing programs for existing clients to keep them engaged, informed, and aware of new capabilities and expansion opportunities. This is an execution-first role requiring strong organisation, fast output, and the ability to work internationally across multiple markets.
Core responsibilities
Field marketing with BDMs
Work 1:1 with BDMs to plan and execute regional marketing activities. Produce localised content.
Support targeted outreach sequences and follow-up assets
Prepare and coordinate regional events, conferences, and industry activities
Manage external designers/freelancers when needed
Customer nurturing
Execute nurturing campaigns for existing clients
Support AMs with materials that drive expansion conversations
Internal collaboration
Work with RevOps on segmentation, lists, and reporting
Ensure campaigns support the commercial motions for BDMs and AMs
Gather field feedback and translate it into improvements in messaging and assets
Key competencies (must-have)
Hands-on executor with strong organisational discipline
Clear writer who can simplify technical topics
Strong project management and coordination skills
Able to juggle multiple workstreams without losing detail
Works well with Sales, Product, Delivery, and RevOps
Experience expectations
3–5 years in hands-on B2B marketing, content creation, or campaign execution
International experience strongly preferred
Comfortable running campaigns independently
A short phone interview with Guillaume (Talent Acquisition Manager)
