Role Summary

The Project Coordinator, Growth Strategy plays a critical role in enabling SharkNinja’s global growth initiatives by supporting planning, execution, and tracking of high-priority strategic projects. This role partners closely with the VP of Global Growth Strategy and cross-functional stakeholders across regions, brands, and functions to ensure initiatives move forward on time and with clarity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role is well-suited for someone looking to build a strong foundation in strategy, operations, and global business execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of global growth initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked
  • Support the VP, Global Growth Strategy with project planning, meeting preparation, status updates, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, workback schedules, and action logs to drive accountability and progress
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Product, Finance, Operations, and Regional teams) to align on inputs, milestones, and outcomes
  • Prepare clear, concise project updates and materials for leadership reviews and executive readouts
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and interdependencies early, escalating issues and proposing solutions as needed
  • Track key milestones, decisions, and next steps to ensure momentum across initiatives
  • Support process improvement efforts within the Growth team to improve planning, communication, and execution rigor
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Contribute to ad-hoc strategic analyses, research, and operational support as the Growth agenda evolves

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, consulting, or a similar role
  • Strong project management fundamentals with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish fluency strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfort building executive-ready materials

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting strategy, growth, or transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or global commercial organizations
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Wrike, Monday.com)
  • Experience working with senior leaders or executive teams
