Job Description

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. As a Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports.

Main missions : 

  • Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives on the assigned sales targets 
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Architecting a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Vusion’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives. 
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Manager tenders, RFPs, and commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers, after-sales services, installations, deployment, etc.). 

Profil recherché

Qualifications we’re looking for.     

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, retail tech, IoT, or a B2B technology environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing multi-million euro/dollar deals.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a strong plus).
  • Passionate about retail innovation and digital transformation.
