Descriptif du poste

Context of the position

An opportunity has opened for a self-starting, responsible, curious and passionate intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by results and performance. We are looking to fill the role of our CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and Experimentation Intern to join our expanding marketing team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be working on digital acquisition for different markets of Europe in the energy and telecommunications verticals. This person will work heavily with Google Optimize, Google Ads, Google Sheets and other internal tools for landing page creation and A/B testing.

Your mission? To research, define pitches (potential improvement), prototype, test, create AB Test, monitor, report, track and work hands-on in the optimization of landing pages and forms. To daily provide key insights to the squad and identify opportunities in the acquisition funnel performance.
Your objective? Assist the CRO Squad to provide a large impact on lead generation campaigns by improving conversion rates.

The missions in detail

  • You will thrive in an international and fast-paced environment, being part of a very ambitious and motivated team.
  • You will gain expertise in different tools, markets and paid media channels in order to:
  • Be the go-to CRO reference in the team by the end of the internship program
  • Primary focus on optimizing the customer discovery journey and conversion funnel.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach in proposing and prioritizing optimization ideas.
  • Conduct research and analysis to validate hypotheses and support decision-making.
  • Assess the technical feasibility of ideas using the growth-hacking mindset.
  • Help the team in planning and implementing proof of concept tests.
  • Formulate hypotheses, design workflows, A/B test and discover winning conversion paths.
  • Share knowledge and feedback around learnings and best practices through our project management and team communication tool.
  • Coordinate the calendar and backlog prioritization.

  • Location: Madrid
  • Desired start date: Between June 1st and July 1st

Profil recherché

  • You are an innately curious person who is motivated by solving problems with data.
  • You take ownership of your projects and do not hesitate to take initiative and to try new things in a laboratory spirit.
  • You enjoy creating new ideas, designing experiments and analyzing results to understand user behavior.
  • You are a self-starter. You initiate projects and drive them to completion.
  • Identifying gaps and optimizing processes are part of your strengths.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role, and French or Spanish is a plus.
  • You work well within a team.
  • Ideally, you have first-hand experience in conversion rate optimization or UX (not required).
  • You are responsible, ambitious and eager to learn while working in an international environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • HR phone exchange followed by an HR interview
  • Interview with the Paid Acquisition manager + Test
  • Response to your application within 2 weeks maximum.
