Pour soutenir l'activité de notre client du secteur automobile, nous recherchons un(e) Analyste Système d'Ingénierie.

L'analyste assure l’intégrité de la structure d’option du produit (PDM) et l’applique à la configuration des listes de matériel (BOM) des clients. De plus, il/ elle joue un rôle clé dans le processus et le contrôle de la gestion des changements de configuration.

Responsabilités :

·         Travaille étroitement avec les équipes de Planification de Produits et les équipes de Projets de développement afin d’assurer l’intégrité de la base de données Produit (PDM);

·         Structure l’arborescence des options offertes en fonction des modèles d’autobus disponibles (PDM);

·         Évalue l’impact des demandes de personnalisation de nos clients sur la structure des options du BOM (PDM);

·         Initie et maintien à jour la sélection des options-clients et en assure l’intégrité;

·         Contribue à mettre en place des outils et fonctions performantes afin d’atteindre nos objectifs d’agilité;

·         Mets à jour certains indicateurs de performance et diffuse les faits pertinents;

·         Fournis des formations sur nos processus d’ingénierie.

To support our automotive client's business, we are looking for an Engineering System Analyst.

The Analyst ensures the integrity of the product option structure (PDM) and applies it to the configuration of customer bill of materials (BOM). In addition, he/she plays a key role in the process and control of configuration change management.

Responsibilities:

- Works closely with Product Planning and Development Project teams to ensure the integrity of the Product Database (PDM);

- Structure the tree of available options based on the available bus models (PDM);

- Evaluates the impact of customer customization requests on the BOM option structure (PDM);

- Initiates, maintains and ensures the integrity of the customer option selection;

- Contributes to the implementation of efficient tools and functions in order to achieve our agility objectives;

- Updates certain performance indicators and disseminates relevant facts;

- Provide training on our engineering processes.

·         DEC en techniques de génie mécanique, industriel, électrotechnique ou autre technique pertinente;

·         Expérience de travail pertinente avec un système PDM;

·         Excellent communicateur et bon esprit d’équipe;

·         Excellente capacité d’apprentissage et à synthétiser l’information;

·         Initiative, autonomie et organisation;

·         Connaissance de la structure des listes de matériel (BOM);

·         Connaissance des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office plus précisément Excel;

·         Connaissance des logiciels SmartTeam, Autocad, Inventor;

·         Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
