Context :

Digital Energy Solutions (DE Sol) is the Solutions organization within Schneider Electric’s Software & Services Division. Its mission is to strengthen our core positioning across systems, products, and services by designing, prescribing, and selling integrated EcoStruxure™ solutions in close partnership with Digital Energy Software (DE SW), which leads the innovation and scaling of Digital Energy’s software portfolio, including EcoStruxure Foresight.

Foresight is Schneider Electric’s next-generation multi-domain edge software, unifying building management, energy management, and power management within a single platform. As we prepare for launch, Foresight will be introduced for data center clients in 2027, with broader segment availability following thereafter. In the Power domain, the priority is to provide clear, standardized modernization paths; starting with EPO (EcoStruxure Power Operation) and then PME (Power Monitoring Expert); that can be deployed consistently by our delivery teams and adopted smoothly by customers, while also establishing the foundations for a structured, long-term installed-base migration approach that will support Foresight’s expansion.

The role is responsible for enabling Foresight deployment in the Power domain and building a systematic migration path for the installed base, while also contributing to the revenue performance of the modernization service offers. This includes defining, industrializing, and enabling EcoFit modernization offers that are ready for near-term execution, and at the same time establishing the building blocks of a durable, scalable modernization program that ensures strong customer experience and measurable business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

The role will encompass the priorities below, with the relative focus evolving over time as the modernization roadmap progresses-starting with EPO and subsequently extending to PME.

1. Build & Own the PMS Modernization Offers (EcoFit)

• Define and structure modernization offers for the Power domain, starting with EPO (EcoStruxure Power Operation), followed by PME (Power Monitoring Expert).

• Ensure offers are grounded in customer and market expectations, reflecting real modernization and migration constraints, and designed to be clear and standardized for consistent deployment across countries and Application Centers.

• Shape the value proposition, scope, packaging and standardization approach, pricing logic, and global readiness criteria in alignment with Global Services’ EcoFit principles.

• Embed essential cybersecurity, safety, and compliance guardrails.

2. Drive Serviceability & Migration Readiness with DE SW / Foresight

• Partner with DE SW and Foresight Power domain leaders on migration requirements, serviceability expectations, and validation of the migration tools (engineered by DE SW).

• Ensure that the software capabilities delivered by DE SW, including migration-tool outputs and serviceability enabler, integrate cleanly into EcoFit delivery steps and support smooth PMS migration paths into Foresight.

3. Prepare the organization for adoption & execution

• Equip countries, Global Services, and Digital Energy Application Centers with the assets required to scope, sell, and deliver modernization projects (playbooks, scoping guides, delivery methods, training), in strong alignment with Foresight transformation program.

• Support early deployments, consolidate learnings, and refine assets for global scale and repeatability.

• Work with countries to organize installed-base migration plans (targeting, cohorts, execution cadence) aligned with Foresight rollout milestone.

• Engage other stakeholders (including partners) pragmatically as adoption expands.

4. Governance and Performance Accountability

• Jointly own the performance of PMS modernization offers with Commercial stakeholders, tracking adoption, order & sales performance, services margins, and delivery quality, and tracking progress against installed-base migration plans in line with the Foresight rollout.

• Run continuous improvement loops with countries, Global Services, Digital Energy Application Centers, and DE SW, ensuring assets and processes evolve with field needs.

• Keep the modernization portfolio aligned with the Foresight rollout roadmap and future evolutions.

• Ensure alignment with Global Services and Applications centers across the end-to-end services model (processes, tools, delivery workflows) so the offers remain executable at scale.

Profile / Qualifications

• Good understanding of Power Management Systems, especially EPO (EcoStruxure Power Operation) and PME (Power Monitoring Expert) or competitors offers, and how these systems behave in real installed base contexts across different end-users segments.

• Experience contributing to the design and/or rollout and/or execution of services offers / modernization projects for systems, with a good practical understanding of systems modernizations operations.

• Comfortable collaborating with a range of stakeholders across organizations, e.g. software R&D, systems design & engineering, services operations, and commercial teams, to align requirements, delivery feasibility, and expected outcomes.

• Ability to turn technical migration paths into clear, usable assets for the field (scoping guides, playbooks, training materials).

• Solid marketing & commercial mindset: able to support value messaging, adoption, and to jointly track performance with Commercial; while keeping delivery feasibility and customer success in view.

• Soft skills: clear communication, pragmatic judgment, structured thinking, stakeholder alignment, and steady execution in a multi-stakeholder, evolving environment.

• Typically 8-12+ years in power systems, digital solutions, or services, with either a business or engineering background, and experience operating in international environments.

Role will require regional / global travels across the year (up to ~20% of the time)
