Descriptif du poste

Context:
You will join SLB Mobility team and report to the Mobility Subject Matter Expert (SME). The team is currently working on defining and improving internal mobility rules and practices across the organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support in the geographical coefficient survey: data collection, analysis, and reporting

  • Document shaping and updates: assist in formatting and updating internal policies and reference documents

  • Support in preparing presentations, including materials related to the VTA (Vacation Travel entitlement) Project

  • Contribute to policy updates: help review and adapt mobility policies based on evolving practices

  • Assist in data structuring and tracking for HR mobility-related topics


Profil recherché

Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s degree in human resources, Business, or Law

  • Comfortable working with figures, data, and Excel

  • Any experience or knowledge in data management, analytics, or Power BI is a strong asset

  • Organized, curious, discreet, and detail-oriented

  • Good level of English (spoken and written) is a plus
