    About the job

    As a Trust and Safety Expert, you will work closely with the team leader, analysts and specialists to ensure the safety of our customers, fight against fraud and guarantee the reputation of our Ips.

    You have a great responsibility in the management of fraud and abuses, you will guarantee the means put in place to fight against the fraudulent use of Scaleway services and will propose solutions if necessary.

    You will also be in charge of special operations linked to judicial requisitions, and possible security alerts.

    Minimum qualifications

  • Network knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge in cyber security
  • Knowledge of Cloud Architecture
  • Knowledge of security alerts
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python
  • Knowledge of the banking world and the functioning of payment methods (3DS, BIN,..)
  • English is mandatory
  • Rigorous / Methodical
  • Curious, always on the lookout
  • Reactive and agile
  • Very good command of English and French
  • Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product, finance and IT teams
  • Formalize the procedures of the Trust and Safety team
  • Report Fraud / Abuse KPIs
  • Collaborate with the Judicial Police Officers together with the Trust and Safety Analyst
  • Implement action plans to improve the reputation of our network
  • Monitor the different attacks that SCALEWAY could suffer
  • Document and animate the information related to the Trust and Safety team
  • Participate in events related to security (MWAAG, FR-AC, etc)
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of pre-existing tools
  • Collaborate with the ANSSI
  • Identify and prevent certain security breaches
  • Implement immediate corrective action fields during attacks (phishing / ddos / bruteforce /etc.)
  • Inform the teams and the management on the legal consequences of a problem related to security
  • This position is based in our offices either in Paris or in Lille, partial/full remote is possible
