About the job

As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools, to support customer acquisition and nurturing. As a member of the Revenue department, you will contribute to the growth of our self-serve revenue and sales pipeline. 

Reporting to Lorna Miller, VP Revenue Operations, you'll contribute to the team’s mission of generating new customers, and create a frictionless experience for prospects and customers.  

We count on you to ramp up quickly by supporting the operational implementation of email campaigns. In the future, we'll look to you to support marketers with strategy, execution, and performance review for all email activities and campaigns, as well as provide oversight, processes, and automation to ensure marketing programs run seamlessly.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and building the digital future

  • Analytical mindset and good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent command of English & French
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in email marketing and email automation tools is a plus
  • Comfortable with technically-differentiated products, terminology & industry players
  • Motivated by being accountable for growth of self-serve revenue and/or sales pipeline.
  • Thrive in an autonomous environment.
  • Responsibilities

  • Email content: editing copy, formatting, creation of templates
  • Email marketing: A/B testing, segmentation of audiences, email calendar maintenance
  • Email analytics: Measuring and reporting on email marketing rates, changes in performance, campaign performance, audience reach, and more
  • Strategy: Propose and execute new tactics to optimize conversions, such as A/B testing to increase CTR and conversion rate, and developing new campaigns
  • Cross-functional: gather requirements and promote best practices across Revenue team and beyond
  • Benchmark best practices from competitors: analyze creative strategies and tactics to have a vision of what others are doing in the market
  • Location

    This position is based in our offices in Paris.
