Our Customer Payment Support Department is looking for a Payment Support Specialist to join the team as Scalapay grows. This role is based in Barcelona, however we are open to you working remotely a couple of days per week. We like to think that we're pretty good at offering a job where you can thrive and that fits nicely into a fulfilled life.

You will take care of the following main activities:

- Customer assistance via e-mail, messaging and telephone calls aimed at recovering credit due for customers in Italy and France.

- Return support activities

- Periodic reporting and use of management software

- Credit monitoring activities in constant contact with the Finance Division

Minimum qualifications:

- You speak Italian and French at a native or near-native level, as you would be dealing with customers in both countries.

- You are fluent in English

- You have a high school diploma

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, determination and customer orientation.

- You already had a similar experience in the past (1 or 2 years is ideal)
