Job description

Meriem, our Head of Account Management, is looking for an Account Manager to join Scalapay as it grows. This role is based in Paris where we would love to see you often.


You will:

- Understand the merchant's business to properly onboard them and help them optimizing their performances

- Personalize the relation with the merchants by providing them tailored solutions

- Being result oriented for each single initiative and follow up the main performance KPIs

- Build and present performance reviews adapted to the merchant's main challenges (performance levers, marketing activities, new projects follow up...) on a monthly/quarterly basis

- Coordinate the projects that involve other departments (marketing activities, product release, upsell/cross-sell)

- Negotiate and find win-win solutions that can both open growth opportunities and guarantee the profitability of the solution

- Guarantee the portfolio's growth through the upsells/cross sells

You’ll be great for this role if:

- You are customer-obsessed and a solution provider, while having a strong sales approach

- You are data-driven and possess strong analytical skills

- You are good at negotiating win-win solutions that can guarantee long term relationships and and profitability

- You are fluent in English (for real - this is our internal work language)

- You have 3 to 5 years of experience working in customer relations and client management

- You know the e-commerce ecosystem and its inherent challenges
