PerfectDraft is the ultimate home Beer experience. Our machine cools beer to a perfectly-chilled consistent temperature. There are more than 40 beers available to serve with PerfectDraft from craft beers to Belgian Classics, Classic German Lagers to fruity brews. All served how the brewer intended.
PerfectDraft is at the forefront of eCommerce, technology and brewing. Our strategy has been to launch and grow the PerfectDraft brand, product range and customer base via our own Direct to Consumer eCommerce stores in Europe. These stores include Beer Hawk (UK), Hopt (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden) and Saveur Biere (France). We have created a pioneering and sustainable returns loop from breweries to consumers, and back again.
The PerfectDraft team operates as an independent venture within AB-InBev, the world’s leading global brewer. This means we have both the autonomy and agility to move fast, combined with the scale, expertise and financial backing to change the way people around the world drink beer at home.
Employing over 450 people worldwide, we have been on one hell of a ride for the last few years and we are just getting started.

The Role:

As a key member of our leadership team and reporting directly to the Director of PerfectDraft in France, you will be responsible for accelerating growth in this market and getting more PerfectDraft machines into beer lovers’ homes.

Who we are looking for :

We’re on the hunt for a rockstar growth marketeer to take our business to the next level.
Leading France Growth, and working closely with Growth teams in Europe and Worldwide, you will be responsible for both the strategy and execution of a well-rounded marketing plan that gets the PerfectDraft machine into hundreds of thousands of new homes over the next couple of years.
You’ll be working on transformational growth strategies, communicating these effectively with the team and leading the execution. We have a startup mentality and love getting scrappy when we need to.
We want to find entrepreneurial people who share our passion for growth and have demonstrated their ambition through interesting and demanding professional roles and education.

Profil recherché

Sounds exciting right ? Here’s what we are looking for:
A proven track record in shaping and executing the growth strategy of a company, preferably in the area of e-commerce
Experience of playing a key role in a high growth business
Experience of planning, executing and leading paid campaigns across online and offline channels
Data-led and obsessed with understanding what potential customers want
A deep understanding of multiple acquisition channels - preferably digital and beyond
Able to develop a framework for testing ideas and proving the value of the component parts of any strategy
A strong communicator, equally comfortable inspiring the team with your ideas and updating key stakeholders on progress
You are happy to speak up and challenge existing strategies, and willing to get your hands dirty in driving change
A creative thinker, full of ideas and enthusiasm
A strong drive to achieve targets and quick to react when necessary
Exceptional leadership skills and ability to develop others
Someone who thrives working under pressure and at pace
