Descriptif du poste

As a Digital marketing executive and analyst you’ll be working alongside Spaag’s growth experts (based in Lille and Paris). You’ll be an integral part of our internal “commando” teams, tasked with implementing, deploying, analyzing, and optimizing the digital marketing strategies of our growth experts.

Our goal is to skyrocket our clients’ online growth, and we pour our heart and soul into achieving this!

In a flexible, international, challenging, and demanding environment, you’ll need to be efficient, curious, independent, and organized to:

  • Learn and implement about all digital marketing levers to become a future growth expert.

  • Assist in setting up all tracking, data studios, and other tools necessary to accurately measure your actions.

  • Operationally implement campaigns on various levers (Meta, Google, etc.) with the validation of growth experts, following a test-and-learn approach focused on client profitability.

  • Analyze, test, learn, iterate, learn again, and re-analyze to continually improve and help our clients progress and their business to grow.


Profil recherché

  • You’re passionate about becoming a digital marketing expert.

  • You’ve already worked operationnaly with one or more digital channels and are eager to expand your skillset.

  • You’re ambitious, always striving to exceed expectations and go the extra mile.

  • You’re a problem-solver, proactive, and efficient.

  • You’re curious and eager to grow independently and learn by doing and reading.

  • You’re fluent in English and French, and additional languages are a plus.

Indispensable : maitriser le français et l’anglais

Déroulement des entretiens

  • 1 interview with a Senior Growth Project Manager

  • 1 interview with an Account Director + another GPM (+ Mini case study live)

  • 1 interview with the CEO
