In a context of a new production facility in Bangalore, India, the Supply chain team will be in charge to design the supply chain processes of the new facility from end to end flows, to manage the transfer of new industrial production, to train all new team members.

The master scheduler will:
* manage the Master production Schedule (MPS) and the Material requirement plan (MRP) and all scheduling activities regarding production starts of new products;
* Contribute to problem resolutions regarding dimensioning of new productions capacity (machines and people);
* Manage improvements for productivity, quality, and efficiency of supply chain processes.

Launching of the new facility Scheduling processes
• Contribute to the new ERP (SAP B1) deployment, including data migration and training phase.
• Prepare, manage and check MRP execution in accordance with MPS.
• Define load and capacity processes and analyses.
• Build KPI system management to improve the supply chain processes

Lead supply chain activities during the industrial transfer
• Manage data management in the new ERP
• Coordinate scheduling activities with cross-fonctionnal teams within the new facility (Procurement, Production, Industrialization, customer services …) and with Safran teams.
• Contribute to the success of the ramp up of the new facility.
• Contribute to ERP and tools evolutions with the transfer of new production activities.
• Manage production planning and master scheduling for each part numbers in adequation with customer needs and provide delivery commitments to customers.


• Proven leadership experience related to supply chain practices, policies and processes, familiar with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with technology including Microsoft Office applications, ERP, Inventory and order processing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication in english, and effective presentation skills across multiple audiences, ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Experience in aerospace, automotive or mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Results-oriented.
• Strong leadership and ability to collaborate effectively.
