Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex cross-functional and international projects to ensure operational excellence, technical feasibility, and delivery on schedule. This role combines project management leadership with engineering coordination to support transition activities, process integration, and technical performance across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.
Essential Job Functions:
• Lead and coordinate project execution across sites in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.
• Drive TSA execution, ensuring performance tracking, invoicing accuracy, and service delivery.
• Oversee / coordinate engineering-related activities, including review of technical feasibility, alignment of design and industrial processes, and support for product/production transfer.
• Oversee operational readiness: asset transfers, production activities, buffer stock transition, and warehouse build-up.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to validate technical requirements, risk assessments, and process improvements.
• Maintain and update the master schedule, KPIs, and dashboards; provide executive-level reporting.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve operational and technical issues.
• Ensure documentation control, central repositories, and technical record integrity.
• Prepare project review materials and drive steering committee follow-up.
• Mentor and support cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance, quality-driven culture.
• Other duties may be assigned.
Required Competencies:
Education/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, with exposure to engineering or industrialization.
• Aerospace industry experience is strongly preferred.
