1)Define, formalize and update the process standard documents (including process work instructions, procedures, instructions, spec of material/equipment in the responsible process...). 规定、标准化并更新工艺标准文件（包括工艺作业指导文件，流程文件，通用指导说明，负责工艺段的原材料或设备的技术要求等等）。
2)Able to make critical study of the existing standards. 对现有的工艺标准做出批判性研究。
3)Make sure that the process standards are compliant with the customer's requirements, the resources available at the QMS. 确保工艺标准和客户要求、以及QMS中相关文件一致。
4)Pilot the related calibration/periodic tests activities in his/her process scope (monitoring or execution). 负责工艺过程中相关校验/周期性测试的相关工作（监督或者执行）。
4.Responsible of solutions on the process deviation and relate actions to secure and correct the process to the standard level 负责提供工艺偏离的解决方案以及保障工艺回归正常水平的围堵措施和整改措施
1)Use the corresponding method to characterize the process deviation. 用正确的方法定性、定量描述工艺偏离问题。
2)Work with related departs to find correction for the process issues. If the deviation cannot be solved in a short term, the related secure actions and long terms actions shall be studied and applied. 与相关部门协同工作找到偏离问题的整改措施。如果整改不能在短时间内完成，应研究执行围堵措施和长远的整改计划。
3)Report the deviation status to his/her supervisor and manager and debrief the corrections. 向其直属主管和经理汇报工艺偏离状况，并做整改总结。
4.Responsible of the modifications of the assigned process that can have impact on products. And responsible of the modifications that can have impact on the assigned process 负责影响产品质量，以及可能影响工艺的相关修订工作
1)Communicate with the product engineer during the development or improvement of the process, and focus on the company KPI. 在调整工艺或者改进工艺的时候与产品工程师沟通，聚焦公司的关键工艺指标。
2)Pilot new process or its improvements and reports. 主导新引入的工艺或相关改进并汇报。
3)Pilot the trials closely with concerned departments to validate modifications that have impact on products. 主导相关测试，与相关部门紧密合作验证修订结果，确保对产品质量无影响。
4)Work closely with all the departments concerned for the identification of the potential improvements of the process. 与全部相关部门紧密合作完成潜在的工艺改进相关工作。
6.Responsible of the improvement plan of his process to reach the target of quality, cost, manufacturing time 负责工艺段内的改进计划，达到相关质量、成本、时效上的相关目标
1)Monitor its process quality rate and manage the relevant actions by using solving problems methods. 监控工艺段内良率，用相关解决问题的办法执行对应的行动项。
2)In a case of a major technical issue put in place and pilot a multidisciplinary workshop group and use quality resolution tools. 在出现重大技术问题的情况下，成立一个多学科研讨会小组，并使用质量工具解决问题。
7.Report periodically on the global situation of his/her process scope to his/her supervisor or manager 向其主管或经理定期汇报工艺段内的整体情况

1.Master degree in casting, materials, metallurgical or mechanical specialties is preferred 铸造、材料、冶金或机械专业的硕士学历背景优先考虑
2.Basic English level 基本的英语能力
3.Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit 责任心强、严谨认真、独立自主、具有团队精神
