• Perform the cleanliness inspection on the parts
• Perform the sample preparation and testing on thermal coating samples
• Peform tensile bond strength test
• Monitoring the degreasing chemical
• Lab test report preparation
• Safe handling and maintenance of the laboratory equipment
• Estimate the laboratory ingredients and consumable requirements and communicate to the lab manager

• Material examinations and test technics
• Hands-on experience of working on the sample preparation machines(cutting machine, polishing machines, hot and cold mounting), hardness testers and microscopes
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Good at communication, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit
