3.QMS of lab 实验室质量管理体系：
Assist the laboratory manager in the continuous improvement and enhancement of the AS9100 and ISO17025 quality management system requirements. Oversee the safety, impartiality, confidentiality, and accuracy of testing processes and results in laboratory operations according to QMS requirements. 协助实验室负责人持续改进和完善AS9100,ISO17025质量管理体系要求。监管实验室根据质量管理体系要求运行的安全性、公正性、保密性，检测过程与结果的准确性。
4.Test Method Implementation and Optimization 检测方法执行与优化：
Implement the test according to specifications and instructions, continuously improve test methods and operating instructions, introduce and apply new testing technologies and equipment. Participate in technical assessment, data analysis, and problem solving of abnormal test processes and results.按照标准规范和指导书要求实施检测，参与持续改进检测方法和作业指导书，对异常检测过程与结果的技术判定，数据分析和问题解决。
5.Facility and Equipment Management 设施与设备的管理:
Responsible for the continuous development and improvement of laboratory facilities and equipment, equipment procurement, commissioning, and acceptance, routine equipment maintenance, and the development, implementation, and oversight of regular calibration plans. Ensure that the performance of equipment and facilities meets testing requirements.负责不断建立和完善实验室设施设备，设备采购、调试与验收，设备的日常维护，定期校验计划的制定、执行和监管。确保设备和设施的性能符合测试要求。
6.Laboratory Consumables Management 实验室耗材管理:
Responsible for the procurement and inventory management of consumables, ensuring the safe and effective use of chemicals.负责耗材的采购和库存管理，确保化学品使用的安全性、有效性。
7.Test Quality Control检测质量控制
Develop and implement internal and external quality control procedures and provide training for inspectors and operators. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the validity of regulatory standards and documents, the validity of laboratory personnel qualifications, the integrity and traceability of test records and samples, comparative testing, proficiency testing, interim verification, and evaluating the accuracy and reliability of test results.制定并实施内外部质量控制程序并对检测员，操作员进行培训。包括但不限于监管标准文件有效性，实验室人员资质有效性，检测记录及样品的完整性和可追溯性，比对试验、能力验证、期间核查，评估测试结果的准确性和可靠性等。
8.Testing Schedule Management 检测进度管理
Develop and execute testing plans to ensure that both outsourced and internal testing schedules meet supply requirements.制定和执行检测计划，确保外委与公司内部检测进度均满足供货要求。

1.Possesses core knowledge of materials science, particularly metallurgical phase diagrams, solid-state phase transformations, and heat treatment principles. Understands and is proficient in metallographic sample preparation, optical microscopy analysis, microstructure evaluation, grain size determination, and inclusion analysis techniques. Familiar with the relationship between typical high-temperature alloy microstructures and aero-engine performance under operating conditions.具备材料科学的核心知识，特别是金属学的相图、固态相变、热处理原理等。理解并熟练掌握金相样品制备，光学显微镜分析、显微组织评定、晶粒度测定、夹杂物分析等技术。熟悉高温合金典型显微组织与航空发动机工况性能关系。
2.Has in-depth understanding and practical experience with the ISO 17025 laboratory management system. Familiar with commonly used materials and testing standards in the aerospace industry, such as ASTM, AMS, and NADCAP. 对ISO 17025 实验室管理体系有深入理解和实践经验。了解航空业通用的材料和检测标准，如ASTM、AMS 、NADCAP等。
3.Understands customer and company technical and quality standards, possesses basic failure analysis knowledge and experience, and can correlate metallographic observations with component failure modes.理解客户及公司的技术和质量标准，具备基本的失效分析知识和经验，能够将金相观察结果与零部件失效模式联系起来。
