 Responsible for process initiating:
 Define process according to design requirements
 Define technical specifications (machine/tooling/ingredient etc.) and validate them according to company procedure
 Publish process related documents
 Responsible for process training to operators (theoretical and practical)
 Responsible for process control and improvement:
 Pilot process risk analysis with PFMEA or other tools.
 Monitor process maturity and robustness with MSA, SPC, CP/CPK etc.
 Pilot process improvement projects
 Participate troubleshooting/investigation and define corrective and preventive action plan
 Co-work with product engineers on process change management to ensure compliance and traceability.
 Guarantee the compliance of process toward to customer specification and applicable international standard
 Technical support for other process related requests
 Responsible for adhering to all HSE required safety procedures in performing daily work activities
 Responsible for adhering to all Quality policies and rules required in performing daily work activities
 Responsible for fulfill customer's requirement to guarantee good customer's satisfaction

Work related requirements
Education: Bachelor or above degree in material / mechanical engineering
Working Experience: At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industries
Knowledge/Skills:  Strong ability to read and understand drawings, good GD&T knowledge
 Knowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.)
 Quick leaning capability, project management spirit, good teamwork, risk awareness, quality and innovation spirit
 Skilled in Office Software, and CAD and 3D modeling Software
